This year was the first under new ownership, and wow—what a journey it’s been. The goal for 2024 was to professionalize Smithery, and we’ve done that by:

Forming a collection of incredible women sharing their talents—from accounting and marketing to legal, insurance, and more
We started the year in a basement, and we’re ending it with systems, a team, and…a whole lot of inventory.
