In-Home Styling Session (Within 3-hours of Toronto)

A dedicated Smithery Stylist will come to you, bringing a curated selection of pieces chosen specifically for you based on your completed Style Questionnaire. During your session, your stylist will confirm your body shape and walk you through our signature Shape Guides, so you’ll have tools to shop confidently in the future.

How To Book Your Style Session: 

1) Checkout with your session

2) A member of our client care team will be in-touch via e-mail to find out your timeline and location and supply you with next steps to help us prepare

3) Once confirmed you will get a calendar booking from Smithery Style that includes your time, your home location and your assigned stylists will also be on that booking. 

4) 1 week ahead, we will reach out to confirm that nothing has changed or shifted for you. Your stylists might be in touch to get clarity on your style goals for the session.

5) We show-up at your home, suitcases and rack in hand - be ready to shop!

Q: I want to do the session with my friend, mom, sister can I do that? 

A: Yes, as long as the date and time is the same. Please select "Bestie Session". Doing a style session with 2 people with 2 different goals is more complex. We often have to bring additional sizes which also increases our office staff's time packing and unpacking. 

Q: Where do we do the session

A: We come to your home, we pop-up a rack usually in your living room. The great thing here is we get to come checkout your closet, use your accessories, or shoes. We use your mirror etc. so no retail tricks. It's the most comfortable shopping you'll ever do!

Q: I work 9-5, do the stylists do session at night or weekends?

A: 100% we work around your schedule and in some cases they also work other jobs and can work around dates and times that work for you. 

Q: Can I get discounts that are offered online in person?

A: Yes, we offer the same discounts and markdowns in your session as we do on the website. 

Q: Do I need to tip the stylist?

A: No, your fee covers their cost and Smithery pays them. However, we would love for you to tag Smithery, and the stylist on their IG after the session and share about your experience. It really helps others see what a great way to shop this is. 

Q: I don't live within 3 hours of Toronto can I still book a session?

A: Not at this time, but if you contact us we can direct you to stylist we know, trust and recommend in your area who use Smithery products in their sessions. You would have to book your session through them and we can provide a referral code so they know we sent you!
